ATTLEBORO – In their first of two games on the opening day of play at the 2025 Pre Draft Showcase, Arsenal Hockey posted a comfortable 8-3 win over BGP Selects at New England Sports Village.
Arsenal ran out to an early lead in the contest, posting a 4-1 lead through the game’s opening half.
From there, they never looked back. While BGP bettered their offensive output with two additional goals in the second, Arsenal posted another four to roll to victory.
In total, Arsenal’s eight goals were scored by seven different players. They also had three players credited with multiple points in the contest. Josh Cleary and Dylan Searles led the way with three points, a goal and two assists each. Adam Ellegood was credited with a pair of goals in the victorious effort.
Leonardo Begert (2G) and John Moniodes (2A) each had a pair of points for BGP.
