FOXBORO – CDA Academy notched a 2-1 win over the US Express on Friday at the Foxboro Sports Center, opening their College Open slate of games at the 2025 Pre Draft Showcase with a victory.
It was CDA’s game in the end, but it was the Express’ in the first, as they concluded the opening frame with a 1-0 lead. Ben Craddock putting his side on the board first, credited with the game’s opening goal.
CDA then rallied in the second. They first tied the game on an Eli Fareria mark, then took the lead with just over five minutes remaining when Shawn Haynes found the back of the Express net to set the score at its 2-1 final.
Morgan Hyndman was credited as the game’s winning goaltender.
