Jerome Dupont, who coaches his CHE teams from Canada, and who won the Senior Chowder Cup in 2010, will be returning to the 2011 Pre-Draft Showcase with his Blue & White teams. John Devereaux, former star at Boston College, and a Boston native, will be bringing three teams from California once again to the Pre-Draft. California is now on the map with College Coaches and NHL Scouts and John’s teams made a big splash last year entering for the first time in the Tournament.
Peter Ward, who has brought some of the top players in the country to both the Pre-Draft as well as the Chowder Cup, including names like Matt Nieto and Adam Clendening, both now playing with Boston University, has announced that the following players ranked by Central Scouting will be on his Beantown Bullies team in the 2011 Pre-Draft Showcase. They are "B" ranked players: Defenseman Mike McKee (Kent School), Defenseman Colin Sullivan (Avon Old Farms), and Forward Jimmy Vesey (Belmont Hill). Forward Joe Prescott (St. Sebastian’s), a "C" ranked player, will also be on the bullies team.
