Sacco and Sexton to play on Boston Generals

Brett Riley of the Boston Generals has announced that Joe Sacco Jr., son of Head Coach Joe Sacco Sr. of the Colorado Avalanche, will be playing for his team in the ’96 Division of the Junior Chowder Cup. Joe Sacco Sr., a former Boston University standout, played his summer high school and college games in the Pro-Am during his playing days. Riley also announced that Patrick Sexton, son of Randy Sexton, Assistant Director of Amateur Scouting for the Pittsburg Penguins, and former GM for the Florida Panthers and Ottawa Senators, will be playing for his team in the Senior Chowder Cup.
