FOXBORO – At the onset of Day 2 of New England Pro Am Hockey’s 2026 Pre-Draft Showcase, Hockey Club Elite nabbed the first win of the morning when they defeated Factory Hockey on Saturday at the Foxboro Sports Center.
While Hockey Club Elite had a bit of a cushion in the end, the game was tight through the first, beginning and ending tied as both sides netted a pair in the frame. John-Edward Betancur and Tim Karlsson for Hockey Club Elite and Jake Yang and Porter Fegley for Factory were each credited with a score in the first to send the teams to the locker rooms tied 2-2.
Hockey Club Elite then pulled away out of the break, netting another pair – goals from Muhammed Radoncic and Jax Johnson – while netminder Cameron Packett was credited with keeping Factory off the scoresheet in the second to close out the 4-2, College Open win.
